For the occasion, she turned to one of her favourite suit designers, Roland Mouret, this time choosing a classic light grey suit, which she paired with a ruffled [silk blouse from Knatchbull](https://knatchbull.com/products/cascade-ruffle-blouse-in-sandwashed-silk-satin-ivory?) that we’ve seen before and a [work-friendly tote bag](https://www.harpersbazaar.com/uk/fashion/shopping/g65959160/trending-work-bags-2025/) from Smythson.

  2. The Princess of Wales addressed more than 80 of the UK’s most influential business leaders at The Future Workforce Summit hosted by The Royal Foundation Business Taskforce for Early Childhood.

The event focused on how, at a time of huge technological progress and change, businesses investing in the early years can play an important role in the next generation developing the uniquely human skills needed for the future workforce to thrive. The foundations for these skills are laid in early childhood.

This is part of The Princess of Wales’ work to inspire societal wide action to create a healthier, happier society transformed by our approach to early childhood.

  3. Oh no she’s wearing a ruffled blouse 😱 hopefully her trouser legs weren’t too long as well because we know how much that is hated 🤣

  5. I really hope she is ok. I genuinely don’t mean this as age or body snark but she looks more drawn than usual and maybe a bit sad to me.
