It needs to be altered for the modern world as judges keep tying themselves in knots as they don’t want to breach its laws.
Maybe but it is outdated and in need of reform not abolishment. Back then they did not envisage the issues we have today and the loopholes allowing judges with a vested interest to make decisions favouring criminals over their victims.

People still think left and right are different, but they push the same agendas while keeping everyone divided. Politicians aren’t the real decision makers the real power lies with institutions like the IMF, BIS, and mega asset managers like BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street.
