1. Interesting. Don’t other countries in the region do something similar? Anyone know how well it actually works?

   Man, if you can’t handle a 50 year weather event this badly, you have seriously mismanaged your infrastructure. 

2. Iran’s irresponsible government finally realised they have to act or else the people will overthrow them for literally letting them die of thirst

3. starting to believe that weather manipulation may be a thing or that weaponized weather manipulation may be something certain countries have control of and are actively using, or just climate change and Iran is really, really, REALLY, unlucky.
