  1. I guess he feels confident his constituents like pedophiles.

Maybe they’re all into it there.

  2. The only reason republicans are voting for the release is because they stripped anything meaningful from the files. Look who is in charge and has custody of the complete catalog of files. This has already been tainted. If you think these republicans haven’t stripped the files down you’re just as stupid as they are.

  3. Never even heard of this guy, that’s a pretty stupid move considering that this is going to be what he is known for for the rest of his life 😂

  4. Gosh, if all the Republicans were going to vote Yea anyway, why did they wait until that new rep got sworn in?

  5. Color me shocked that Foghorn Leghorn voted no. Shocked.

  6. THIS is the sword this guy wants to die on. 🙄 GTFO you enabling grooming rapists basterd. But honestly after seeing how this administration has been running this past year it’s suspicious as fuck suddenly everyone is on board.

Just know there are so many hard copies. Unedited. Non redacted papers out there. If it is black boxed to the point nothing is revealed under the guise of protecting the victims. These victims are fed up. They are putting themselves out their and want justice.

Someone’s going to start leaking the real deal. They took down a Prince across the pond. Let this be the final nail in Trump and this administration’s coffin. I can dream.

  7. “Ladies and Gentlemen, the racist from Louisiana has the floor.”

  8. Just you wait Sen. Clay Higgins, just you wait. You’ll cry to me but your tears’ll be too late!

  9. He wants the attention. Nobody cares what he does unless it’s controversial. Please don’t give him what he wants.

  10. I feel like the Republicans are all in the same group chat, and Clay Higgins just found out he wasn’t invited.

  11. He literally could have just abstained. There were like 5 “did not vote” votes. He could have just left. This was a choice

  12. What exactly are we going to see?

    Unredacted files?

Or files wiped clean of every single MAGA Republican reference?

Leave any references to Democrats… I’ve zero issues with that.

But let’s see real files. Videos, etc…

    Not nonsense scrubbed clean…

  13. Louisiana certainly isn’t sending their best and brightest to Washington. The voters should try to do better than these morons.

  14. shouldv’e been unanimous on day one.

    national shame.

  15. This whole thing reminds me of being a kid and asking one parent permission to do something & the parent says to go and ask you other parent. If your other parent says “yes” then you were good. But your parents were way ahead of you & already worked it out amongst themselves that they would both say No to you.

  16. Dude has been married 4 times. It’s obvious who the problem is at this stage.

  17. So he is probably also a rapist. Just taking a wild guess!

  18. Never fear, it has been massively edited or orange boy would never allow the release.

  19. Mmmm yeah people voting to release it now don’t magically get credit when they’ve been holding it back until now.  It’s not like they simply gained a back bone and a conscience

  20. He’s usually “just’ a grandstanding douche.

Add pedo protector to the list.

  21. He posted this on Facebook:

“I have been a principled “NO” on this bill from the beginning. What was wrong with the bill three months ago is still wrong today. It abandons 250 years of criminal justice procedure in America. As written, this bill reveals and injures thousands of innocent people – witnesses, people who provided alibis, family members, etc. If enacted in its current form, this type of broad reveal of criminal investigative files, released to a rabid media, will absolutely result in innocent people being hurt. Not by my vote. The Oversight Committee is conducting a thorough investigation that has already released well over 60,000 pages of documents from the Epstein case. That effort will continue in a manner that provides all due protections for innocent Americans. If the Senate amends the bill to properly address privacy of victims and other Americans, who are named but not criminally implicated, then I will vote for that bill when it comes back to the House.”

  22. You know who is the Republican scape goat now, the only Republican whose name won’t be redacted, will be the guy who voted against its release

  23. They’re still going to protect THEIR pedophiles even if they release it, redacting the names of pedophiles who they condone.

  24. If EVERYBODY but one guy is voting yes there some shenanigans going on here. I’m sure every last House and Senate Republican were told to vote yes because the files were finally redacted and scrubbed; no more news to hold out on them.

  25. Clay Higgins is leaving a pedophile protecting legacy. His family must be proud.
