  1. “If you’re in war-torn Sudan, if you’re an Inuit seal-hunter, if you’re on the international space station, you can simply log on to the online, virtual M25 and it’s like you’re right there, driving through Bedfordshire in a light drizzle.”

  2. David Tennant as Crawley was funny taking credit for the M25 to gain favour in hell.

  3. Absolute madness. If they are going to digitise our countries greatest experiences it will mean less tourists come here. It will decimate the economy.

Whats next? Are they going to to allow us to do a virtual walk down the Bude Tunnel?

  4. This is great, I’m often on the m25 for work during the week but sometimes at the weekends or on holidays you just need something to scratch that itch you know.

  5. Useful for those people working from home, so they can simulate their commute.

  6. You can try it when sitting in another M25 traffic jam.

  7. Is there a virtual ULEZ and congestion charge just to compound the misery? Or a Wallace and gromit-esque boxing glove on a spring perhaps, something to really let you feel the pleasure of going to London

  8. It would be easier to put a flannel over your head if you want to experiment with self torture

  9. Why would anyone want to experience the world’s largest parking lot in VR?

  10. cant wait for the follow up, AS i live near Southend and use that line, i cant wait… “Dr Hardstool hopes to follow up his M25 recreation with an online, virtual Fenchurch Street-to-Southend railway line to let people from around the world experience what commuting into London is really like.”

  11. dammit, this seems not to be real.

I wanted to remind myself of the hell i used to go through commuting on it… and be glad i no linger do that.

  12. I stopped at “Roger Hardstool, it’s creator”. I can’t red this with a straight face
