«For Norway there are two associated plug types, types C and F. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type F is the plug which has two round pins with two earth clips on the side. Norway operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.»
Just don’t use 110 volt in that thing
Yes but check that whatever appliance you’re plugging in is rated for 230V
Edit unless there’s a transformer in there, you didn’t take a photo of the front.

yes
Yep it will work! Type F also works just in case you wondered.
One of the pins (the one on the right side) appear to be bent a bit out of shape, so maybe this specific plug won’t fit very well.

[https://www.power-plugs-sockets.com/norway/](https://www.power-plugs-sockets.com/norway/) yes but its 230V 50Hz, dont use 110V
It will work. If the size is because it includes a transformer, make sure whatever you plug into it draws less power than the transformer can supply.
If it doesn’t have a transformer, make sure it can take 230V in order to not melt or set fire to what you plug into it.
