1. I don’t know how to reconcile articles like that with other reporting like this:

   So which is true? Are the Russians facing imminent collapse? Or are they advancing, gaining ground, and taking new cities?

   I feel I’ve been told the Russians are facing imminent collapse for the past 3 years.
