WANA (Nov 20) – FIFA has unveiled the official poster for the 2026 World Cup, featuring the image of Alireza Jahanbakhsh, captain of Iran’s national football team.
The 23rd edition of the tournament will be held from June 11 to July 19, 2026, across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. It marks the first World Cup to include 48 teams.
The tournament draw is scheduled for December 5 in the United States, where qualified teams will learn their group-stage opponents.
The newly released official poster includes a depiction of Jahanbakhsh among the players highlighted for the global event.
