  6. In Serbian the name for Scotland is Škotska (Шкотска).

    It’s pronounced roughly _SHKOHT – ska_

  10. I love listening to commentators in other languages. I often feel ours are a little reserved or get a bit wordy when really you just want them to shout a name and what they did.-

  11. I live in Serbia and you can’t imagine how many friends have sent me messages of congratulations. Serbs really do think fondly of Scotland.

    Except that they and the rest of Europe think we are cheap, something that most Scots are totally oblivious to. I know I was until about a year ago lol
