Today I was checking my S-Pankki app and noticed something strange. My card suddenly disappeared in the app, I can’t see it, and I also can’t transfer money to it.
I went to the store to test it, and my physical card still works normally, so the problem seems to be only in the app.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Is this a general S-Pankki problem today, or is it something wrong with my account?

  4. They had maintenance. I checked this stuff for my parents yeasterday and everything worked fine. There was a notice about the maintenance up when I looked.

    Says to me right now card info is not available, but I went to the store 2 hours ago and got My receipt in app fine and bonus too.

  6. You should visit their regular web page for up-to-date information in case of a situation like this.
    Today, for example, the info is stated from early morning on on top of the page.

  8. Yes, they had maintenance yesterday and they have already mentioned it in the app that cards don’t show. Cards work normally for purchases.
