  1. Both shoulders? At least he’s a well-balanced individual.

  2. That’s awesome. Kinda sad seeing these birds in cages so this makes a pleasant change. And they clearly have a lot of trust in the owner

  3. Beautiful beasts!

(Also: I had no idea we have Wendy’s in the UK!)

  4. Just parrots!

These are Hyacinth Macaw’s the biggest and IMO most beautiful of all Parrots.

  5. I remember when someone I knew moved to Brighton and posted a pic of a guy walking with his parrot captioned “only in Brighton” but there has been a ‘parrot guy’ in every place I’ve lived (now London) so one can only assume each town, village and city has at least one guy.

  6. Why are they on both shoulders? Because they arrrrrrr 🏴‍☠️

  7. Last time I saw a guy like this his jumper was covered in bird shit. This guy looks pretty clean

  8. Hyacinth macaws adoption fees are the highest of all macaws bc people are willing to pay £25 000+. Breeding pairs are highly sought after although ethics dictate that no parrot should be born in captivity. Hyacinths without the yellow rings around the eyes are considered unhealthy sadly. people should only care for parrots that can not be freed bc would not survive in the wild. Parrots are not meant to stroll through concrete jungles and they scream loudly so surrounding flats never have uninterrupted sleep. Volunteer at refuges and parrot sanctuaries and if a parrot is in need and you have a house and lots of nature around you adopt dont shop

  9. Surprisingly little shit down his back, you must have caught him early on his walk!

  10. I lived right by the guy in Fulham… wish I knew more

  11. I’ve saw him, he’s so rude and miserable and scowls at people when he ways by

  12. I always worry when I see things like this that people will be mean to the animals.

  13. Sometimes a bird on one shoulder isn’t enough but Toucan be.
