  2. Yes, but Finland suing for peace was an actual setback, given they weren’t grossly incompetent.

  3. Finnish leaders clearly didn’t forget Germany’s clandestine support to the Soviets during the Winter War. So… You reap what ya sow. ;D

  4. Haha yeah, why did everyone betray us on our imaginary suicide pact? Fucking losers.

  5. People on the web trying to make me feel bad about my country betraying fucking nazi Germany lol. Betraying Germans is already nice, imagine betraying nazi ones lol

  6. I mean let’s be real here, nobody wants to fight for a losing side in the war. At the beginning of WW2 the axis looked strong and took much of the european mainland. Especially countries like Finnland and Romania joined because of the soviet threat in the east.

  7. For Finland it was more a mutual enemy rather than natural allies. Was always the inevitable outcome

  8. Finland managed to get a separate peace and wasnt satelised by the reds, absolute winner move.

  9. Tbh if I had the option to get off Hitlers wild ride with a slap on the wrist too I’d do it in a heartbeat ngl.

No shame backstabbing fascists, it’s the right thing to do actually
