During a conversation with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky informed him about the details of the diplomatic work with the United States and Europe.

Zelensky shared this on Telegram.

The content of the conversation focused on coordinating with partners and on ensuring that all countries that have supported Ukraine since the beginning of the war are informed about the situation and the process of including Europe in future steps.

“I spoke with the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk. I shared the details of our diplomatic work with the United States and Europe. It is important for us that all partners who have been with us since the very beginning of this war are informed about the situation. We are coordinating to ensure Europe is included in the process”

– Volodymyr Zelensky

Zelensky expressed gratitude to Tusk and to the entire Polish people for their support.

“We know that we can always count on Poland, and we truly value that”

– Volodymyr Zelensky

Such steps come amid ongoing discussions about the future of peace and security, particularly in the context of relations with the United States and European countries. These actions strengthen the diplomatic dialogue between Ukraine, the United States, and European partners with a view to stabilizing the situation and pursuing a just peace.

That day Zelensky underscored that Ukraine needs constructive dialogue with its main partner in light of possible challenges on the international stage.

From November 22, Zelensky signed a decree establishing Ukraine’s delegation to participate in the negotiating process with the United States and other international partners of Ukraine, as well as with representatives of Russia, to achieve a just and lasting peace.

Rustem Umerov, the Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, said that consultations between Ukrainian and U.S. officials are beginning these days on possible parameters of a future peace agreement.
