30 grands worth of iPhone 17s…how many is that? 7 or 8?
*written on a Nokia 3310
Romanian and a thief 😮
£30,000 worth of iPhones…. so just the one iPhone stolen? I’d hardly call that a heist.
What was the plan really, apple would’ve bricked all these iPhones before he could sell a single one. Let alone that they can track their location as well.
Sentence: 18 months
Stealing iPhones from an apple store is peak stupidity. Should be sentenced to some education.
proper cockney that one
Don’t the display iPhones brick if they’re taken out of the Apple Store location though? Unless he forced himself into the back of the store with the stock.
Seems like this ‘London man’ has quite a history of doing the same: https://www.romfordrecorder.co.uk/news/24507633.romford-teen-avram-stoica-jailed-iphone-thefts/
Once Apple 🍎 go through the IMEI’s the phones would all be useless anyway.
Stealing from the boycott list is fine with me 💅
They should install IOS 26 on them as a deterrent
