Brynjar Berg is fighting against pollution from salmon farming in the Lysefjord after 50 million mussels died.
Berg has filed a lawsuit against fish farming facilities owned by Alsaker Fjordbruk and Cargill, both of which have billion-level revenues.
He lost in the district court, but has appealed to the court of appeal, where the case will be heard in December.
Berg has now spent all his savings, inheritance, and loans on the case.

  1. Lol Norway will lose their reputation as a country that delivers high quality fish due to poor reputation and scandal.

I commend this guy for what he is doing and I hope he wins. But the cynical side of me thinks the courts will rule in favor or protecting the fish farming industry. Because here money means everything
