  6. Wasnt he specifically picked by Trump to be unpopular? He didnt want anyone as his VP that would potentially take away the attention of his supporters. He just wanted a pathetic lackey that would do/say whatever Trump asked. Its a tactic used by authoritarians to retain power.

  7. VPs usually don’t win elections anyway, probably because of the stink of their current administration and public opinion against them after the 4-8 years in office. Biden most likely won because he had 45’s cooling off period.

    It would probably be best for him, particularly should the administration continue fucking things up, to not run on the next election and let the Dems get in office so he can blame them for problems and position himself as the solution.

He has his top lieutenants to carry out his agenda but they all hate each other and see themselves as the heir to the throne. Once the figurehead is gone if he hasn’t picked a natural successor the lieutenants will fight amongst themselves and end up splintering the mob. Which is exactly how Trump runs his business, his crappy TV show, and both his administrations.
