Being dumb is the least of his faults. Add to that, being a vicious bully, a habitual liar, a disgusting pervert, a dishonest conman and the list goes on and on.
But honestly, is there a way to measure the dumbness of US presidents? I’m curious if it’ll be true to the eye test or if it’s recency bias.

To be fair, you could argue that he’s actually the dumbest AND the second dumbest president.
