Waze sent me through some of the weird streets of St Josse 1210, and literally everywhere was trash, along with these signs. Like, the people who put this up, they can't be that blind, can they?
In case it's not legible:

Why are St-Josse and Molenbeek the communes with the most trash on the streets?

The entire garbage collection thing in Brussel is no longer adequate to the city. Apartments are very small, people have no space to be storing garbage and, depending on the sort of garbage, to keep it days or weeks inside before they can put it outside. Brussels needs to rethink this system.
