1. I’m curious how they’ll avoid the dangers of feeding additional power into a circuit behind the breaker and the possibility of overloading wires that this creates. So far, there don’t seem to be any obvious good options.

   A dedicated circuit helps avoid the danger, but if you have to have to get a new circuit installed and dedicated wire run out to your balcony, it isn’t really all that plug-and-play anymore. But, at least it could be less of a permit/permission nightmare.
