Not saying it’s right, but I don’t think people will care at this point. The main two have been such a shit show that many people feel happy to stoop to reform.
And here’s me thinking it would take til ’26 or ’27 before these absolute degenerates got held accountable for their actions. Racists, wronguns, tax dodgers and probably some dodgy material on their hard drives.
What a load of c~ap
I worry about this term ‘pro russian’. It’s like how anyone critical of Israel is painted as pro hamas or indeed anyone that supports Israel is painted as pro genocide.
The rights or wrongs are irrelevant in this context as the point is simply that when you say ‘oh that’s a russian talking point’ you immediately delegitmise everything said.
We saw that done for years with immigration…those non extreme people who say theor nation changing with people branding them racists and delegimising a concern were pushed towards farage and ultimately brexit.
If reform is pro Russian then let’s see and we’ll judge them at the ballot.
Be critical. Make your own kind up.
That doesn’t mean supporting what Russia is doing in ukraien or….Google what they are doing in mali- Google wagner mali red room murder if you wanna see the evil they are doing.
It’s kind of immaterial to an extent …if Reform lose support then it will go back to the Tories most of it
And the Tories are pretty much Reform now
The bigger issue is the split in support for more centre/left political parties
An awful lot of Green Party desires are wacky as shit and would be a disaster for the UK …but if they take 10% of the more left vote then that’s going to really be a gift to Reform
If I was to wonder which politicians are pro-Russia I would look at who advocated for:
Opposition to fracking
Opposition to nuclear power
Nuclear disarmament
Withdrawn from NATO
Reduction in military spending
Reminder: being “neutral” on Russia, only helps Russia. Russia loves a neutral country because that gives it further licence to do whatever it wants – Ukraine was once “neutral” too.
This is what will sink them .
Standing up for Ukraine/against Russia is one of the few things the Right and Left generally agree on in the UK.
Interesting how the topic never seems to focus on how pro-CCP the Labour Party is..
I thought the Huffington Post got banned from Reddit by the left wing for their articles saying Epstein did nothing wrong and is actually a likeable financier and because the bloggers that write their articles for no payment got caught multiple times stealing content from Reddit users and plagiarising other real journalists.Â
Also the title of this article should be: *The Majority of people asked whether or not Reform is Pro-Russia replied ‘Don’t Know’*
And op is part of a discord server created to swamp Reddit with political bias and misinformation and misrepresentation of information from other sources to further sow division in the UK. This piece was posted there with the caption ‘any takers?’  this morning and required dispatchment  to an aged account only.
I know such things.Â
Bad luck
All this tells us is that a percentage of the UK who answer these YouGov polls (I’ve never been asked or know anyone who has ever been polled by these things once in my entire life. Not on voting intentions, opinions or anything in-between) also care about and believe mainstream news reports.
I think one thing the “left”, Reddit, and even some on the right don’t understand about the average Reform voter is that they don’t watch or believe most things on the news. Or at the very least those “disenfranchised” people are more likely to vote for Reform, if anyone.
So framing this as a “blow to Farage” is ignoring the fact that most who will vote for him couldn’t give a monkeys about what things the Reform party may or may not be associated with, according to the mainstream press.
I’m someone that Reform would love to target. I don’t believe any politician, don’t believe anything on the news and generally align with their policy proposals. If I had to vote, it would be for them, but I refer back to point one about not believing any politician.
But getting your hopes up thinking that this will stick to Farage to discredit him is comical. He has already (arguably) influenced Labour into their new immigration policy – and if he does that enough times then the country won’t need a Reform party anyway.
The whole reason reform is successful is because of it’s illegal immigration stance do same as Denmark did their far right party gained massive momentum, majority left party saw that and announced that they will do mass crackdown on illegals everyone stopped voting right and voted them instead, and now illegal immigration is being taken seriously there without far right being in power
Do you honestly think the working class care what reforms stance on Russia is? Fuck no
“[YouGov](https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/news/yougov)Â found 28% of respondents would say Reform is pro-Russia compared to 13% who say it is anti-Russia.”
So not high penetration with the public if only 41% even have an opinion on it. I think this is wishful thinking honestly. This is a weak point for Farage but not one his enemies have exploited very well thus far. Far more needed to prevent a far right takeover of the UK which will cause untold damage if allowed to happen.
How many people are opposed to Farage is less relevant than how many will vote for his party. I don’t think his supporters believe he is pro russia, or they don’t care.
Yeah, Brits don’t mind about all the other stuff; Brexit, devisive hate peddler, lazy MP, racist, grifting bastard. If only he wasn’t a fan of Putin, he’s a decent enough chap.
The thought of voting a Ruzzian proxy into power in the UK revolts me, it’s 100% true and obvious Reform is MAGA rebranded for the UK with the same leader in the Kremlin controlling and funding it.
Reform and Farage are useful idiots for Moscow, fellow fascists.
There aren’t many occasions that I’m grateful that we have the fucking Murdoch ~~plague~~ family eating away at our collective conscience. Though there’s been at least one benefit these past three years at least in keeping us, mostly, aware of Russia’s fuckery.
Brexit man bad
amiriteguys
How do you say milkshake time in Russian?
When all else fails: “reds under the bed”.
No need to worry, this dick will never be PM or form a government, ignore him. It looks like the Greens are gonna be the favourites. Their manifesto is really interesting.
