14. What I’ll never understand is why didn’t the DPP proceed with charges. If he actually did rape Nikita sure there would have been forensic evidence.

Good news that he lost this latest case but I hope the state or some philanthropist is picking up the bill to fight his appeals because otherwise he is just going to appeal and appeal and appeal until Nikita Hand runs out of cash. But at least we are one day closer to inevitable headline outlining how the Notorious Rapist was found unresponsive in a hotel room by hotel staff.
