  6. Ukraine hasn’t been bravely defending their country for years to suddenly sign over a bunch of land and concessions to Russia just so Trump can throw himself a peace party.

    Why sign a new treaty? Point at the old one and say “WTF?”

  22. There is no “peace plan”. There is a “surrender terms” document.

    And even that isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on, considering that Trump and Putin are both treacherous bastards each with multiple broken agreements to their name.

    So only a complete fool would give anything up in exchange for something that requires them to keep their word…and Zelensky doesn’t seem to be a complete fool.

    It’s the same reheated slop from the Kremlin court jester. And the tsar isn’t interested in peace anyway.

    If it was my country I would fight tooth and nail to keep every square inch of it. At the beginning of this conflict I tried to join the foreign legion. They have some restrictions that prohibited me from joining, otherwise I would be happy to put my money where my mouth is and help them.

Let’s maybe agree on the smallest assumption: if the bad guy in the story (let’s call him Voldemort Putain) says that the plan aligns with his plan, the plan is probably not to be considered a relevant option. Then, instead of crying that somebody didn’t read the plan, we should move on to making an actual good plan! How about that?

  34. Putin has just said publicly that he also wants to conquer what they call Noworossija. That’s MUCH more territory than just the Donbass. There won’t be any peace or ceasefire.

  35. Oh he read it which is more than you’ve done! He sees that you are selling him out to Putin. Putin may be in a hurry but Ukraine is patiently waiting for a reasonable offer he can agree on.

  36. That’s so hypocritical of him! Most of America is still waiting for Trump to read and attempt to understand the Constitution and laws of the U.S.
