Negotiations with Lithuania and Lukashenko’s stance
Lukashenko stated during a Security Council meeting that he is ready to build normal relations with Lithuania and other neighbors, and expressed willingness to sit down at the negotiating table to discuss the issues that concern Minsk.
The head of Belarus instructed to pay attention to the situation with cars that remained in Belarus after the border between the two countries was closed.
“We with the Lithuanian people will always come to an agreement. As with the Poles. These are our people. And if you want normal relations – sit down at the negotiating table and discuss these problems. We are ready for this. There are no other options,” said the Belarusian leader.

“Do not shout about trifles and make noise. Do not involve Americans, Russians, or Ukrainians. This trick will not pass. This topic lies within the realm of our negotiations and our relations,” – said Lukashenko, assuring that the cars in Belarus are under protection.
