The songs competing in the Luxembourg Song Contest 2026 have been revealed. One of these songs will represent Luxembourg at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna.

Earlier this year, the acts competing in the selection were announced by Luxembourgish broadcaster, RTL. Eight acts had been chosen for the competition, with one act returning to the selection. Now, the songs the acts are competing with have been released. You can check out the songs here:

The Luxembourg Song Contest 2026 is set to take place on January 24th, 2026.
Luxembourgâs Eurovision journey
Luxembourg first made its debut in the first edition of the Contest in 1956, with their first entries being âNe crois pasâ and âLes Amants de minuitâ, both performed by MichĂšle Arnaud. Since the first Contest, Luxembourg has competed a total of 38 times. Their best result was finishing in 1st place five times â in 1961, 1965, 1972, 1973 and 1983 respectively.
Luxembourgâs latest participation came in Basel in 2025. Laura Thorn represented Luxembourg with the song âLa poupĂ©e monte le sonâ, qualifying in seventh place. In the Grand Final, Luxembourg finished 22nd, receiving 47 points: 23 from the national juries, and 24 from the televoters.
