Europes going to form a committee to discuss possibly hosting a conference where there might be a meeting to theorize multiple plans that have varying degrees of practical implementation which will not be determined after multiple studies which will need to be compiled into a report which will need to be reviewed by subcommittees and brought to a vote that will be rejected by hungry.
