Iceland becomes fifth country to boycott Eurovision due to Israel’s participation

1. Its natural, or should be natural for others too, i still don’t understand why EBU is willing to die on this hill called Israel. Its just one nation? kick them out to make the other 4 happy? They are not even in Europe, and they are in international court for war crimes & genocide.

2. It’s one thing that EBU refuses to ban one horrible state (while banning another for doing much less), and it’s a totally different thing for even refusing to hold a vote for it. I wish the boycotts were directly focused on demanding a secret ballot, then it would have been less divisive, and more countries would have joined, regardless of whether they support the holy cow or not, because everyone should be onboard demanding a democratic process (insert Voltaire quote), and one or two people shouldn’t dictate who can and cannot join.

3. They kick Russia out from Eurovision but allow this group that not even in Europe and a wanna be “middle eastern”.

   The duality of European Union or more like European circlejerk, cant wait for them to jerking off this 5 nations for againts the chosen people.

   The funny thing is they get to say what human rights is and have this high morality standart compared to other country.
