Russian Drone Attack Hits Sumyoblenergo Vehicle on Sumy-Bilopillya Road

December 13, Russian servicemen carried out a strike with a drone against the brigade’s service vehicle of JSC Sumyoblenergo on the Sumy–Bilopillia road while on duty.

The Russian army has attacked energy workers’ vehicles before: on October 8, a drone struck the brigade vehicle of JSC Sumyoblenergo in Bilopillia; there were no people in the car, no one was injured.

Also on December 10, Russian servicemen struck the Security Police vehicle in Bilopillia with a drone; no fatalities or injuries were reported.

Due to such attacks on the Sumy–Bilopillia highway, passenger transport restrictions have been introduced: some routes were canceled or shortened.
