Tightening rules for getting Permanent Residence Permit. These were only suggestions or they are implemented already?

  2. What if you’re married to a Finnish citizen? Does that still apply? The article doesn’t say anything about it.

  3. Does it matter? The government held enough vote, only matter of time. The new law will be passed.
