  37. Man.. I dunno what happened to Scott Adams. When I was younger, I used to actually read some of his books. He had a good way of inserting humour into regular situations and seemed to champion “laughing it off” in favour of being bent out of shape. I don’t remember his books being filled with hatred, racism, or any of that shit.

    I dunno.. Maybe being out of the spotlight did something to him. Maybe something happened in his life to turn him hateful. Maybe I just misread everything he wrote..

    Either way.. it’s a sad end to a sad legacy that I didn’t imagine from the person he portrayed himself as in my younger days.

    EDIT: For reference, this was like 20+ years ago and before I found his blog.
