In the Netherlands, during his stay at the rehabilitation center “Aardenburg,” Volodymyr Zelensky met with Ukrainian defenders who are recovering from injuries.

The head of state spoke with the soldiers and their families. He expressed gratitude to the defenders for their service and for protecting the country and awarded them the Orders of Courage II and III degrees, as well as the Medal “For Military Service to Ukraine.”

Along with this, the President expressed gratitude to the staff of the Aardenburg Center. The specialized medical facility, which helps military personnel with severe injuries, is among the leading rehabilitation centers in the Netherlands. 87 Ukrainians have undergone treatment at this center.
The head of state also thanked the government and the entire Dutch people for supporting Ukraine and aiding the defenders.
