Farmers, particularly in France, worry the Mercosur deal,  which will be discussed at the EU leaders meeting, will see them undercut by a flow of cheaper goods from agricultural giant Brazil and its neighbours.

  1. Honestly im getting sick of farmers protesting.
    They get so many subsides and is by no comparison to any other sector the one that gets most national funds and EU funds. It costs us 100 of billions a year to keep going and now they want to block a trade agreement that could lower prices for all poor people in Europe and not just in food, but in many many aspects.
    Even their own sector would benefit in many ways.
