Anyone able to explain the blue light? Searching for targets I assume, but is there some specific camera that functions better with it?

Question – do tracers have lower velocity than non-tracer rounds?
This kind of reminds me of the the Star Wars blaster laser shots that that travel way lower than the speed of light.

Whatever they were hitting was blowing the heck up. Look at the flashes off to the right of the screen. Do we know how effective this type of aa defense is?
