  1. It looks like OP posted an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of [concerns over privacy and the Open Web](https://www.reddit.com/r/AmputatorBot/comments/ehrq3z/why_did_i_build_amputatorbot).

  2. Sure there’s still some cash in the bank accounts of the former directors!

  3. Everyone needs to remember that these two thieves have directly taken money from us the people! Money that would have gone on education for our children, health care for our parents and police for our communities! Let them know if you ever see them about although im sure they’ll just flee the country for a bit

  4. Sure all their assets are in Swiss Bank or off shore accounts. Why is it not even surprising?

  5. And why they’ve announced it a few days before Christmas, classic tactic as it’s more likely to get buried.

  6. So what is everyone going to do? Say oh what a surprise? Where are the protests???

  7. The British government are corrupt well I’m shocked not!!

  8. Rich people walk away…poor people can’t….

  9. Should be jail and title removed.if it was a poor person we would be jailed..unlike this scum…

  10. These so called elite folks are above the law.

  11. Should result in jail time, asset stripping and having their credit score absolutely destroyed.

Reality – they will get away with stealing £148m from tax payers and get away with zero repurcussions.

  12. They are laughing so loud at you … they always get away with it.

  13. I highly doubt the headline here. Barrowman offered to pay 23 million to settle the claim personally despite the company having no money. he wouldn’t have done that unless he thought there was a good chance of the liquidator clawing back at least that much money from himself and Mone. The fact that the government rejected that offer despite Medpro having no money means they also must be pretty confident they are going to recover more than 23 million from Mone Barrowman and other associates of theirs. Maybe they won’t get the full judgment debt of over 100 million but I would be surprised if they actually recover nothing.

  14. Hey have their personal assets not been taken away??
    Private bank accounts?

    Or have they?

  15. Give her a year in prison for every million missing then.

  16. We’ve confiscated Russian money and businesses to help Ukraine.

Why can’t be confiscate her money and use it to pay back the British people?

  17. People fall for the the same old media spin of blaming easy and defenceless targets.

All the while the Tories gave out controversial contracts and fellow MPs live lavishly.

UK political discourse has devolved into petty culture war and prejudice funded by American “Think-Tanks”.

  18. Crazy that this kind of thing doesn’t get you hit with fraud charges.

Rules for thee, not for Tories.

  19. Well fancy that.

She had months to hide all that money with all the warnings she got. I doubt very much she’s going to end up homeless or on a bleak council estate

  20. Why is it that this thief is still in the House of Lords? This country has zero standards in so many areas

  21. And that cunt is still a Baroness ?? We’ve seen a prince de-princed, what about that thieving scum ?

  22. Time to seize her family’s personal assets then, along with stripping of her titles and jail time for fraud.

She stole from taxpayers, she should suffer the consequences.

  23. Then go after her and her husbands personal fortunes. Bring these con artists to justice.

  24. I will crack open the good whiskey, when justice is served and these people are prosecuted, or more likely, when they die.

    For all the healthcare workers.

  25. I am NOT defending them, as they should pay back every penny and/or be jailed, but this £148m is a drop in the ocean to the amount of fraud that was committed during this time and I honestly think they are being used to deflect and shield the government ministers, MP’s and civil servants who were also involved and enabled the massive fraud and who are covering it up to this very day.
