The institutions (and the media) in the UK have always done a hell of a better job at getting big, important stories out there than those of across the pond.

Hard to say. We did have fairly quick enquiries into the COVID parties and loans, which didn’t react much of the findings – it’s just there were not really any repurcussions for those involved.
