Why?

  1. Their need to hate foreign people trumps any self interest

  2. Bc they need an excuse for why they’ve failed in life?

  3. I think there are some people who really would rather see foreign people have their lives made significantly worse in some crazy hope that doing so will somehow make their life slightly better. They often don’t see that by doing so they are creating a group of people who are seen as undeserving of help which will eventually be expanded over time to include them and so really they are voting their own help away.

I think some people expand the scope of this picture and see that when it comes to voting we have a choice of picking salt in a red packet, salt in a blue packet or now we finally have some salt in a lighter blue packet and think if we’re gona get hurt anyway we might as well try the new flavor. While reform will 100% do what I described in the first section of my reply there is no doubt in my mind at all that both Labor and the Tories were doing the exact same thing anyway.

While the Green party are saying all the right things at the moment to actually look like a real alternative to salt, I would not be too surprised if they turn out to just be salt in a packet marked as sugar all along.

  4. same applies to all those voting labour or conservative election after election

  5. Tories tricking the working class into voting for them is a tale as old as time.
