  1. Thank you, Japan. The Japanese have been good allies for decades. Not necessarily sending troops or weapons, but often money (sometimes **lots** of money), aid, and technical assistance. The Yen is the 3rd or 4th reserve currency (depending on how you measure, right there with the Pound Sterling) and they exert significant influence on the financial and high-end manufacturing sectors.

  2. Duck ng smart. Money well spent when those assholes are your neighbors

  3. When the Japanese flex, more often than not I find that the only adequate answer is to pause and salute respectfully.

  4. I hope South Korea is watching…. lets see how they handle NoKor if Russia modernized its airforce and Anti Air.

  5. That is leadership Japan! Love from 🇸🇪

  6. Ukraine really just killing all their young men and reaching in everyone’s pockets for a few acres of land.

  7. Oh well, now i love Japan even more, so thats like a lot.

  8. If we use $ then. $52.5B from EU loan, $13.5B from Germany, $8.2B from Norway. And now $6B from Japan. Plus a bunch of smaller ones and 2026 hasn’t even started

That’s $80B for 2026 for Ukraine. A huge increase in funds
