I posted this last year but thought I should do so again. It was so lovely last year to see people adding local services.

  1. And for anyone 18 or under: Childline 0800 1111

(This poster needs to be remade with Samaritans slightly less invisible for those of us with terrible eyesight!)

  2. I’m also available as an individual. Have pretty much nothing going on till the end of the month. Bored and hence on reddit quite a bit. If you just want a conversation then please feel free to message or chat through here. I know sometimes all it takes is a distracting conversation to get through it all. I’m here!

  3. As someone who can have things like Christmas trigger many bad things, posts like these are really sweet to see ❤️ hope everyone has a good end of the year!

  4. This is a very good idea and very kind of you to think about doing this and anyone who leaves a snarky comment is ridiculous when you are trying to help people and this time of year can be really difficult for people and this could really save someone in need ❤️

  5. IMO I found the CALM chat on their website so much better than the SHOUT text service just to let people know. Also the Samaritans normally give me decent replies when I email them.

  6. Appreciated 🙏💕
Good to know there’s services that are text and chat, I struggle with the phone call services.

For those who require screen readers and/or other assistive technology, sharing important information in plain text is essential. Text embedded in images may not be accessible to screen readers, which can prevent people who are blind, visually impaired, or use assistive technology from accessing vital support details. Providing a written transcription helps ensure this information is accessible to everyone.
