6. So you can preserve seeds for roughly 200yrs just by keeping them at -20c. Interesting.

   Definitely one of the best articles I’ve seen linked on here.

7. Aren’t all Irish seeds already store sun the international seed vault? Why do it again in a much less secure way.

8. My assumption was this person took it upon themselves but I’m glad it’s an official effort. Fair play to all involved.
