  2. Knew he wasn't making the payments. Knew they were gonna come repo the car. Still chose to leave his child in the car. The repo man was just doing what any repo man would do, and collecting the owed property. It's the father's fault for being irresponsible about his bills and about his children.

    Tow truck driver deserved what he got.

  9. The selfish low rate dad that didn’t pay several car notes staged his child in the car in hopes it will prevent the towing. Arrest him for child neglect & endangerment.

  27. Why would you leave your kid in the car because he knew his was going to be tow, but they can't tow it with someone in there he needs to pay his car note and stop using his kids

  31. Wait! So it is against the law to leave your child in the car yet the tow truck guy get arrested. I get that people want to say it was kidnapping but let’s actually think about who is really in the wrong.

  35. This is the kind of trouble that happens when private property owners, ( malls, strip malls, apartment complex), give tow truck companies, that had the lowest bid, incentives and "at the driver's discretion", guidance. Sue the property owners and the tow company. Yup!

  45. If he was charged with kidnapping, it will be dismissed. However, a father leaving his child unattended in a vehicle is a matter for child protective services as well as police.
