So maybe this is not the right way for you to get dates?
Yeah but without seeing your chat history we have no context. You could be opening every match chat with “hey sucka”
Can’t blame your looks in this case
You should try asking them on a date sooner? If your chat is awful by text it might be better in person.
How did you get the data? Did you manually count each like?

42 chats and you didn’t meet a single one?!
Did you even purpose to meet them? And if so, what did you ask?
try the local climbing gym…
About 1,5% chance to get a match, 1% to actually chat with somebody and not a single date. If I was single at this point I would likely just give up trying to find somebody
This post has strong incel vibes
Very cool, visual way of saying that you drank and ate more curry than you’d planned.
While it seems like a waste of time doing Tinder compared to the outcome, as you have a higher success rate on Hinge, and could use the time on that, I would recommend going out in the real world and meet people, and learn how to close the deal in person. People give up too easy on conversations as they are not focused on that entirely, while meeting in person, they are kind of locked up on you.
I met my husband on bumble. He was assertive and straight to the point. Asked me out after a couple of days.
I stopped replying to the guys who were playing too safe like you. Meeting in person is best for both parties. Stop wasting everyone’s time.
Bro, back in my Tinder days I asked for an in person meet up within the first 15-30 mins and had more dates than I could schedule. Why do you spend so long chatting? These are dating apps not chatting apps.
If it makes you feel better, I chatted with a few dozen women but only ever actually met up with one of them from tinder ~6 years ago. Now she’s my wife.
Maybe you’ll get lucky and meet someone really special when you finally click hard with someone like I did.
Although, admittedly, that was after having been moderately successful with more traditional dating strategies for a good 15 years beforehand. I could see it being far more difficult if your coming from a less experienced place than I was when it worked for me.
Ask to meet after one day if they seem interesting too much longer than that and they will move on

Be quicker to ask them out, after a few days
