Those metrics for Finland barely touch the EU average line. Misleading to say higher than average. They are on average.
The “happiest country in the world” propaganda no longer works when people don’t have jobs, live in poverty, and can’t visit a doctor when they get sick. The truth breaks the bubble.
Private AND public spending. So you are telling me being one of the countries with highest deficits and barely in average is something to be proud of? People in this country don’t think anymore.
And lowest of nordic countries
Remember that almost half of current EU members are ex communist countries, for which, in economic sense, the day 0 was 35 years ago..
How far they have come from their bleak past
Looks like pretty much on the average line to me. Barely above it.
