Call for Professional Inquiry

In response to the news, Seyyed Rasool Mousavi, a former diplomat and ex-Director General of South Asian Affairs at Iran’s Foreign Ministry, called for the formation of a “professional and comprehensive investigation team.”

Writing on social media, Mousavi urged that the case should not be judged through “simplistic, one-dimensional, or rushed” perspectives based on media speculation. He emphasized the need for official, transparent reporting and suggested joint investigations with relevant authorities in Afghanistan.
