9. It's fake, the hull is too uniform on the surface.
   It would be useless even if they built a real one.
   Those torpedo tube out the bow preclude any sonar array that could actual help the thing avoid being hunted down and squashed like the bug it is.
   There's no use putting nuclear weapons on a vessel that is simply a manned target drone.
