1. I guess thats what happens when you skim 1930 German history in school, you dont cover any of the propaganda properly and actually how much people love to echo Nazi propaganda.

2. This article has no substance. It references Top 40 band as far right, but doesn’t name the band. References generative AI making it easier for far right groups to produce material. Yet it’s written like a generative AI horror story with the “far right” Boogeyman hiding everywhere.

   If everything you disagree with is far right, then the term loses any meaning. At this point, I’m not sure what is actually far right anymore from the perspective of these media sources.

3. Because the Far-right have enough of a hold on the over 60s through GB News and similar organisations, funded by US extremist interests and aggravated by Russìan disinformation, there isn’t enough time to call out and denounce the sheer volume of bullshit they get to spout.

   Yesterday, GB News spent all of Xmas day and boxing day making out that the public has been crying out for the hunting ban to be overturned, that there were massive protests about it, and that Keir Starmer/the government was on its knees because it of.

   But it’s all total bollocks. There are no protests, no one is talking about it, no one is crying out for hunting to return, the government isn’t on its last legs because of it, and the public are overwhelmingly in favour of banning all types of hunting with with cross-party support. But they get to continuously present a false reality that their audience lap up, while they act as a platform for Reform/right Wing politicians to spout lies unchallenged. And they will call out organisations like the BBC for being biased, with zero sense of irony.

   The far-right get a free pass to brainwash their audience while decrying unbiased news orgs like Reuters or Associated Press as ‘lefty nonsense’, and no one does enough to challenge their lies.

4. The importance of the subject is undercut by the lack of seriousness in the writing. You could give this assignment to a high schooler any day of the year and they can produce the same level of quality

5. The amount of far right content I have to block on YouTube is insane. The “ads” will be listed as musical or weight loss when they are clearly political propaganda from PragerU or Turning Point or Steven crowder. Half a reel will play before I realize what it is.

6. They want us to fight each other instead of the rich, the ruling class. Our government is bought by the rich, all the corporations too. And as lo g we are fighting our fellow citizens for scraps, we will leave the billionaire class alone to destroy our planet. And it works. Every day. Nothing is going to change.

7. 10 yrs after this immigration wave, 10 yrs of undeniable issues and big problems, 10 yrs of overrepresentation of those immigrants in certain criminal categories… and people are still surprised, why the general population is unhappy
