  1. How does that even happen? Must be a prankster?

  2. I don’t get it. What does it say?

Edit: Oooooh Tesco! Hadn’t realised this was in a Sainsburys, sorry.

  3. This happened about once a week at the sainsburys I worked at, usually they just gave it to colleagues for free. It’s all from the same place and same lorry just another sticker

  4. I really hope someone got fired for that blunder 😏

  5. This happens all the time, more often on bread than anything else, but it does happen store wide.

  6. Like that product that had the aldi label when it was in a waitrose

  7. Similar thing happened when I worked in a co-op had tesco bedroom delivered to us by accident so ended up giving it away to staff and customers since we couldn’t sell it

  8. I worked in food factory. Lot of the food sold in different supermarkets, are the same food but they just changed the packaging where I assume the mistake happened. For example hot cross buns at Tesco’s are the same as the ones in Aldi.

  9. I used to work at a name brand factory packaging things for supermarket own brands. If I had to guess this is probably Cravendale (Arla) or Müller with different packaging. They likely produce for both Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s.

  10. Work in an aldi, have had the milk for every supermarket delivered here, comes straight from the dairy using their own drivers/contractors

  11. Worked at M&S foods when I first left school… Best day of my working life was when we got a tray of TESCO chocolate milk!

  12. I would have filled up the trolley and gone for the exit

“Sir I have not stolen these, this is Tesco milk! Do you sell Tesco milk ? No ? Then I’ll be on my way”

  13. Could you guys at least attempt to put this stuff into a meme format.

  14. Like most supermarket products, it all comes from the same place. It’s why it’s laughable when people think they’re getting something better from Waitrose.

  15. Haha, as I have family members who worked in food packing I’ve always laughed at supermarket snobbery. It is the same product, made and packed in the same factories by the same people, only the label and price are different.

  16. This proves my argument that all major grocery shops get there food from the same processing plants. I bet this was a logistical mix up with the dairy packing team. LOL

  17. I was in Sainsburys today and they were promoting cocktail sausages that went out of date yesterday

  18. Nice story, but the milk either side is the same brand, so I think you are selling porkies about being in Sainsbury’s… 🤪

  19. Least it’s not uht milk.as theres no call for it as its shite
