Year 2020 was when brexit happened. So no wonder that especially UK was kinda low on this financial question, when Barry himself said “UK strong no money to europe!” literally one month earlier. It was the UK that wanted less (especially economic) solidarity between europeans and actively pushed it.
From the source you can see that the willingness to help with natural disasters, epidemics and military attacks are clearly higher than with refugee or debt crisis.
But this was 4 years ago, it might be different today.
I would hope people would have a bit more sceptisism about random maps on social media without dates or sources, and on this case even the title is wrong. About Finland, there has been polls that should finland send troops to allied countries in case of war, and those numbers have been high.
