Ford Pro is expanding its Mobile Service fleet maintenance program to 13 European markets, adding Belgium and Luxembourg before the end of 2025. The expansion will bring the program to nearly 500 Mobile Service vans across Europe.

Ford’s Mobile Service program can carry out more than 70% of servicing, maintenance, and repair work on its commercial vehicles at customer locations. The service supports electric, hybrid, diesel, and petrol vehicles and is aimed primarily at medium to large fleets operating from central depots.

The service offering integrates with Ford’s FORDLiive uptime accelerator, which uses connected vehicle data to anticipate maintenance needs, schedule servicing, and order parts in advance. It aims to reduce vehicle downtime and limit the need for trips to workshops.

In the UK, where Mobile Service launched in 2016, one in four commercial vehicle servicing and repair jobs was completed on location in 2025. Ford said fleet customers in existing markets report satisfaction scores up to 20 percentage points higher than those using workshop-based servicing alone. The company is targeting 80% national coverage within one hour of a Mobile Service operator in markets where the program operates.
