AIDAN (@itsaidanofficial), one of Malta’s most successful young artists, recently dropped the official music video for his vibrant new single “Taste,” igniting the beginning of a brand-new chapter in his career. The release marks the launch of a fresh musical era, set to unfold with an upcoming album that sees the artist push his sound and style into exciting new territory.

Alongside the release, AIDAN also confirmed that he will return to the Malta Eurovision Song Contest in 2026 and “Taste” offers fans a thrilling first glance at the sonic direction he plans to bring to the iconic stage.
AIDAN said of the new release: “This is my most ambitious music video yet. We had an incredible three-day filming all around Malta, and the energy on set was unbelievable. I was fortunate to work with an amazing team, and I truly hope both the Maltese and international audiences enjoy this new direction I’m taking.”
“Taste” is co-written and produced by AIDAN alongside Dutch hitmaker Joep van den Boom, blending their creative forces into a sound built to turn heads. The visually striking music video was co-directed by AIDAN and Jason Zerafa, bringing the track to life, and Gravity Studios’ Mikael Zerb Beeston served as director of photography to deliver its sleek, high-impact aesthetic. The video also spotlights some of Malta’s most recognizable TV actors and showcases iconic locations across the island.
