  1. Glad we could help.
Thou for the Spekulatius you probably have to thank the Dutch.

As far as I know it’s not entirely certain where they were invented but it’s most likely somewhere in the Netherlands.

  2. Haha, these are the best. It’s basically saw-dust and sugar and 500g cost like 1,50€ and they’re super unhealthy, but they are so addictive. I could eat a whole bag at once. I don’t anymore, but I feel you OP.

  3. Ah, you discovered Christmas crack. They’re so addictive

  4. Favorina is a Brand from Lidl.
Here you buy the same Spekulatius from Lidl 600 Gramm for €0,96.
    Enjoy your meal.

  5. And thank Germany for bringing stollen to America, I always go to Aldi to get some 🤤

  6. This year at Christmas, I made a speculoos mousse for dessert. I served it with warm apple pie. It was delicious.

  7. Please tell us which one you like best: old man, elephant, dog, windmill

  8. Just say thanks for Lidl, I’m sure they help plenty grocery bills right now.💁‍♀️

  9. Did you know they make a spread out of it. It is sooooo addictive.

    Enjoy
