Yes the Russians are the agressors and the bad guys and yes yes, but what a tragic fate. I imagine him quietly singing a christmas song to himself while sitting there and then hearing the buzz of the FPV drone… ‘oh, this is it…’

While it was his last moment, it probably wasn’t the worst in his view. Having been on a combat deployment, I’m glad to say that I’ve never just sat tf down and waited on that. And cant imagine how shit of a few weeks its taken to get to this point of surrendering like that.
He had accepted his faith long before the drone showed up.

Are these drones just quiet AF or do these russian soldiers just not care if they live or die?
When I fly my DJI drone I can hear it very clearly out to about 1000 feet away… how can you have a drone literally right in your face and not notice?
Only thing I can think of is they do hear it, they do know it’s there, and they just don’t care, they’re ready to go.
Either that or they’re trying the Jurassic Park T-rex trick thinking the drone can’t see you if you don’t move
